Maselli Misure will be present at the exhibition "ENOMAQ / TECNOVID" that will take place in Zaragoza, from Tu.13 February to Fr 16 February 2007. Our booth will be located in Hall 4 / Stand C 18-22 and will be held in cooperation with our Spanish distributor CASALS MAQUINARIA VINICOLA.ENOMAQ/TECNOVID is one of the most important Show for all the professionals of the oenological field from all over the world, but especially from Spain, France and Portugal. In addition to the exposition of machines and services for the winery industry, there will be organized specific Congress mainly focused on the themes of particular interest for the sector specialists. The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 7p.m. non-stop We will expose analysers for the analytical control of grapes and must such as : - Monitor of the phenolic quality of red grapes during maturation (NEW !!) : anthocians, tonality, chlorophyll - Monitor of the quality of the incoming grapes : sugar, pH, total acidity, phenolic potential, sanitary condition - Monitor of the alcoholic fermentation trend of must, residual sugars, developed alcohol, total extracts.
