The lab spectophotometer MT-01 is an highly innovative instrument which allows to define, in real time, some characteristic values of the red grapes' maturation phase.Using the MT-01 unit it's possible to control the ripening's evolution, processing two indeces: the first one direct and function of the vine variety (calculated through the antocians and the clorophyl). the second one indipendent from the vine variety (calculated through the tonality) Using the MT-01 allows to: a) define the going on of the phenolic maturation on a quantitative base. b) create maturation curves in real time. c) define the correct moment for harvesting. d) give useful information for a grape scheduled conveyance. e) create a database and historical files in order to optimize the maturation processes of the next seasons. f) elaborate the data for: supplier, vine, quality of vine, zone, etc. |
